• Service Scope: You will receive reminders, Zoom links, and updates related to TotalPlus classes and events.
   
• Message Frequency: Typically 2–4 messages per month, but frequency may vary.
   
• Charges: Standard carrier message and data rates may apply.
   
• Opt-Out: Text STOP to cancel SMS alerts at any time. You will receive a final confirmation message.
   
• Help: Text HELP or email hello@totalplus.co for support.
   
• Liability: TotalPlus is not responsible for delays or failures in message delivery caused by network or carrier issues.
   
• Changes: We may modify these Terms or discontinue the service at any time. Updates will be posted on this page. Continued use of the service indicates your acceptance of changes.
